We currently only ship Australia wide.
Standard Australia Post delivery is free for orders over $50.
Standard Australia Post delivery is $10 for orders under $50.
Express Australia Post delivery is $15.
We use Australia Post for all shipping, unless otherwise advised. Once the order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to the customer for reference.
Please email us, firstname.lastname@example.org, if other shipping methods are required.
If you wish to return an item, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt, for return instructions.
All items that are returned correctly will be credited to the customers credit card, with the exception of:
- Sales items, which can only be returned for a store credit
- Swimwear or earrings, which can not be returned due to hygienic reasons
Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign the product is faulty. Please note: faulty products can only be exchanged for the same product in the the same size and colour. Where possible, faulty goods will be repaired before they are replaced.
Items must be returned in original packaging. The boxes are considered part of the product.
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, with all tags attached. If items show signs of wear, including strong perfume cigarette smoke, rips, tears, stained or damaged product tags, it will be returned to you and your refund void.
We would like to handle each return, exchange or refund individually, and ask that you email us with all the details to firstname.lastname@example.org
